Postage Charges are Non-Refundable

For customers in the UK we currently we send out all items via royal mail or special courier. Deliveries are sent out first class or next day delivery. Postage is based on weight, and is less then standard delivery charges.

Upto 10kg - £10.50
10kg and over - £12.00

All items that are a part of our free postage offer will be posted via 1st class post. If you need to fast track an order, please use the special delivery (see below)

Exchanges & Returns

Any items bought as part of our free postage offer can be returned for an exchange or refund. Customers will have to pay for returns themselves, we are not responsible for this. Please use the returns form provided in your pack.

If you require an exchange of size, it will be subject to a flat rate £3 charge, which helps us to help you keep postage free!

Special Delivery (Next Day Delivery)

We offer special delivery on all our items. These orders leave within 24-48 hours.

Where ordered before 12pm, we dispatch same day unless we advise you.

Parcels arrive before 1pm in the afternoon. In the case that items are out of stock we will notify you within 24 hours. Prices are based on weight and size. Items under 100g cost 5.95.

Delivery Schedule

We will always dispatch your order as quickly as possible, and in most cases the goods will leave us within 24-48hrs. On occasions where there are stock shortages we will contact you to notify you of the delay. The majority of orders will arrive within the next day after dispatch. If you are concerned about a possible delay on your order and would like more information please feel free to email us at cladishsports@hotmail.co.uk with your order reference number to enable us to deal with your query quickly and efficiently.

International Orders

The courier service for international parcels is currently under review. If you wish to place an order, please follow the normal checkout process and take the opportunity to submit an order enquiry when offered. This will enable us to provide you with a full quote for you order with accurate delivery charges.
